Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Handling Section 138 NI Act matters and other recovery-related cases
• Managing arbitration and execution proceedings
• Supporting collection team in recovery matters
• Overseeing litigation and coordinating with panel advocates
• Managing Lok Adalat matters and settlements
Key Requirements:
• Must own a two-wheeler
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Local candidates preferred
