Kogta Financial India Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Legal Executive. The role is ideal for legal professionals with experience in recovery and collection matters, court proceedings, and financial sector litigation.

• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
• Qualification: LL.B./LL.M.
• Age Limit: Up to 30 Years

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle legal collection and recovery matters
• Manage court proceedings, criminal complaints, and police-related matters
• Deal with consumer cases and SARFAESI proceedings
• Assist in arbitration matters and execution proceedings
• Handle matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
• Execute summons and warrants
• Conduct customer interactions and field visits
• Support collection and recovery operations
Eligibility Criteria:
• LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognised institution
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of SARFAESI Act, Arbitration, Consumer Cases, NIA matters, and execution proceedings
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Willingness to undertake field visits and recovery-related work
• Local candidates will be preferred
