Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Handling matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
• Assisting in arbitration and DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) cases
• Managing execution proceedings and recovery filings
• Supporting Loss on Sale and related legal processes
• Coordinating with internal teams and panel advocates
Key Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Kannada language proficiency (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of litigation/recovery processes
• Ability to work independently
