Job Description:
Alpha Alternatives is looking to onboard a Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals seeking exposure to investment transactions, transaction execution, and legal advisory within a leading asset management platform.
Details:
• Role: Legal Counsel
• Location: Mumbai (In-Office)
• Experience: 4–6 Years PQE
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal support on investments and transaction execution
• Collaborate closely with investment professionals, senior leadership, and external counsel
• Handle a wide range of legal matters within an asset management platform
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents
• Manage multiple workstreams independently and efficiently
• Support strategic and business-oriented legal decision-making
Eligibility & Requirements:
• 4–6 years PQE with a reputed law firm and/or in-house legal team
• Experience in Infrastructure M&A, General Corporate, and Transactional Work
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
