Roles & Responsibilities:
• Draft writ petitions, show cause notice (SCN) replies, refund applications, and legal submissions before Appellate Authorities and Tribunals
• Represent clients before Tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India
• Provide legal advisory and opinions on direct and indirect tax matters
• Assist in taxation and criminal litigation matters
Eligibility Criteria:
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in tax law or litigation
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Interest in direct taxation, indirect taxation, writ practice, and criminal law
• Ability to independently handle legal assignments and client matters
