Eligibility Criteria:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized university
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Prior litigation or corporate law experience will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
1. Legal Drafting & Documentation
• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, legal notices, petitions, and pleadings
• Prepare responses to legal queries and advisory notes
2. Litigation & Representation
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities
• Assist in case preparation, witness briefing, document collation, and evidence management
3. Legal Research & Analysis
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation and advisory work
• Stay updated on legal developments, regulations, and judicial precedents
4. Client Interaction & Advisory
• Coordinate with clients to understand their legal requirements
• Provide practical legal solutions and timely updates
5. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with statutory and procedural requirements
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks
