Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting petitions, bail applications, appeals, arbitration petitions, and other legal documents
• Appearing before various courts in Jabalpur and other locations, as required
• Assisting in litigation matters and court proceedings
• Conducting legal research and supporting case preparation
Eligibility & Preference:
• Law degree from a recognized university
• Strong drafting and oral communication skills
• Ability to efficiently work with digital documents using laptops, tablets, and other devices
• Keen interest in litigation and legal practice
