Scales Law Firm is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate – Litigation. The selected candidate will work closely with the firm’s litigation team, assisting in court appearances, legal drafting, and procedural work while developing independent advocacy skills under guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in handling litigation matters before Delhi Courts
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents
• Appear before courts for basic hearings and procedural matters
• Manage e-filing, OTR, and bookmarking of case records
• Stay updated with recent legal developments and procedural changes
• Support case preparation and litigation strategy

Eligibility & Preference:
• Prior litigation experience preferred

• Comfortable with basic court appearances
• Strong command of both English and Hindi
• Enthusiastic candidates willing to learn and grow in litigation practice
