Job Description:
Wordict-IP is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate – Intellectual Property Prosecution & Litigation at its Hyderabad office. This role offers valuable exposure to both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright prosecution, opposition proceedings, enforcement actions, advisory work, and commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Filing and prosecuting trademark and copyright applications
• Handling opposition, rectification, and related proceedings before the Trade Marks Registry
• Drafting notices, pleadings, written submissions, and litigation-related documents
• Conducting legal research and managing IP portfolios
• Ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines and procedural requirements
• Drafting plaints, written statements, writ petitions, affidavits, appeals, and other court pleadings
• Assisting in commercial agreements, advisory matters, and dispute resolution work
• Appearing before the Trade Marks Registry, Copyright Registry, District Courts, and High Courts
Eligibility & Preference:
• 0–2 Years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Preference may be given to Hyderabad-based candidates
• Prior experience in Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law, Technology Law, or Litigation Practice will be an advantage
