About the Opportunity:

The role offers experience in direct and indirect tax litigation, along with appearances and matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and various tribunals, making it ideal for candidates aiming to build a career in litigation.

Experience Required:
• 0–1 year PQE
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Assisting in matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and tribunals
• Conducting legal research on tax and allied laws
• Drafting petitions, applications, briefs, and written submissions
• Supporting case preparation and strategy development
• Coordinating on filings and court-related procedures
• Assisting in handling both direct and indirect tax matters
Who Should Apply:
• Law graduates with 0–1 year of experience
• Candidates with a strong interest in litigation and tax law
• Individuals with good research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Prior exposure to tax matters will be an advantage
• Preference may be given to women candidates (as per original post)
