Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in corporate and commercial legal matters
• Handle work relating to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Foreign Investments
• Support matters concerning Energy and Employment Law
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Provide practical legal solutions to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams on transactions and advisory matters

Eligibility & Preference:
• 1–3 years of experience as an Associate in a law firm or as in-house counsel
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• PERADI License preferred
• Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Foreign Investments, Energy, and Employment practice
• Litigation experience will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to provide practical and well-rounded legal solutions
