About the Opportunity:
Advocate Gaurav Jain & Associates is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate to join its litigation practice in Delhi. This role offers hands-on exposure to criminal litigation and white-collar matters, making it suitable for freshers and early-career advocates looking to build courtroom experience.

• Junior Associate
Location:
• Rithala, Rohini, Delhi
Practice Areas:
• White-collar crimes
• Criminal litigation
• NI Act matters (Section 138)
• BNS / CrPC / BNSS matters
Experience Required:
• 0–2 years PQE
• Freshers may apply (must be enrolled with Bar Council)
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Drafting pleadings, bail applications, complaints, and replies
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
• Assisting in court proceedings and appearances
• Handling ongoing litigation matters
Eligibility / Requirements:
• Enrollment with Bar Council (mandatory)
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Courtroom exposure (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Keen interest in litigation
