• Practice: Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Practice Areas:
• Commercial Litigation
• Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) Matters
• Company Law Matters before NCLT/NCLAT
• Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) Matters
• Civil and Commercial Disputes
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal documents
• Assisting in court proceedings and appearances
• Supporting case preparation and litigation strategy
• Handling matters before judicial and quasi-judicial forums
Eligibility & Preference:
• Junior Advocates and Fresh Law Graduates
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Genuine interest in litigation and court practice
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
• Prior litigation internships or practical exposure will be an added advantage
