About the Opportunity:
Nexdigm is hiring an IP & Trademark Paralegal to support its intellectual property practice. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in IP operations, trademark prosecution support, and legal coordination, offering exposure to both enforcement and administrative aspects of IP work.

Experience Required:

Role Overview:
This is a process-driven and coordination-heavy role focused on supporting the lifecycle of trademark matters and assisting in IP enforcement activities. The position involves working closely with internal teams and external counsel to ensure timely filings, documentation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IP Enforcement & Coordination
• Supporting urgent IP enforcement and customs-related matters
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel
2. Trademark Prosecution Support
• Assisting in filings, renewals, watch notices, and docketing
• Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely action on trademark matters
3. Documentation & Records Management
• Managing legal documents such as POAs, signatures, and evidence repositories
• Maintaining organised records and ensuring documentation accuracy
4. Docketing & Compliance
• Participating in docketing processes and meetings
• Monitoring timelines and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate (any discipline; law degree not required)
• Prior experience in:
• IP support roles
• Trademark operations
• Legal coordination or paralegal work
Skills Required:
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail in handling legal documentation
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Ideal Candidate:
• Professional with hands-on exposure to IP processes and trademark work
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with documentation-heavy roles
