• Role: IP Partner
• Organisation: S.S. Rana & Co.
• Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
• Experience: 12–20 Years PQE
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and grow IP practice and client base
• Handle patents, trademarks, copyright, and design matters
• Manage IP enforcement and litigation
• Advise on both advisory and contentious IP issues
• Drive business development and client acquisition
• Lead and manage teams
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. / LL.M.
• Strong experience across IP domains
• Exposure to domestic and international IP work
• Proven leadership and business development skills
