Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with trademark, patent, copyright, and design matters
• Supporting IP prosecution and portfolio management activities
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Assisting in client communication and case management
• Supporting intellectual property protection and enforcement strategies
Eligibility & Preference:
• Strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
• Knowledge of trademarks, patents, copyrights, and designs preferred
• Good legal drafting and research skills
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IP law
• Strong communication and client-management abilities preferred
