Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on General Corporate matters
• Handling Mergers & Acquisitions transactions
• Assisting with Private Equity and Venture Capital investments
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents
• Supporting transaction structuring, due diligence, and regulatory compliance
• Managing complex corporate and commercial transactions
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. qualification required
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in Corporate, M&A, PE, and VC transactions
• Commercial awareness and strong transactional drafting skills
• Prior law firm experience will be an added advantage
• Candidates available to join at the earliest will be preferred
