Alpha Legal Consultants (ALC) is inviting applications from talented and driven legal professionals to join its General Corporate Law Vertical at its New Delhi office. The opportunity is suitable for experienced lawyers with a strong background in corporate and commercial laws, transactional matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle corporate and commercial law matters
• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Provide legal advisory on corporate matters
• Assist with regulatory compliance requirements
• Conduct legal due diligence
• Work on corporate transactions and general corporate matters
• Independently handle corporate advisory and transactional assignments
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documentation
Eligibility & Preferred Skills:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate and commercial laws
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and due diligence
• Understanding of corporate transactions and general corporate matters
• Strong commercial understanding
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to independently handle corporate advisory and transactional assignments
