Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the senior management team at BDO India. The role requires a highly organised, proactive individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
The selected candidate will handle day-to-day operational responsibilities including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, billing support, invoicing, and business operations assistance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managing calendars, appointments, and travel bookings
• Assisting in business operations including billing and invoices
• Supporting tax filing-related coordination and processes
• Planning meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining MOMs
• Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and calls
• Arranging conference calls and review meetings
• Coordinating with business teams for data collection and presentations
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Managing travel arrangements and administrative tasks
• Taking dictation and maintaining meeting minutes
Eligibility & Preference:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• 0–1 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines independently
• Familiarity with travel coordination and calendar management
• High level of confidentiality and professional discretion
