Role Overview:
The position involves working on energy sector regulations, compliance frameworks, and disputes before regulatory authorities and courts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on energy laws and regulatory frameworks
• Handling compliance and regulatory advisory matters
• Representing/assisting in disputes before:
• Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC)
• State Electricity Regulatory Commissions (SERCs)
• Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL)
• Courts and tribunals
• Supporting litigation and dispute resolution strategy
