Job Description:
CSG Legal, New Delhi is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Electricity Regulatory Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with prior experience in electricity regulatory matters to work on complex and high-impact disputes in the power and energy sector alongside a specialized legal team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting petitions, appeals, written submissions, rejoinders, and legal opinions in electricity regulatory matters
• Representing clients and assisting in proceedings before State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), APTEL, and other judicial forums
• Assisting in case strategy, dispute resolution, and regulatory litigation management
• Conducting legal research and preparing advocacy materials for complex regulatory disputes

Eligibility & Preference:
• 2–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Mandatory prior experience in electricity regulatory litigation
• Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills
• Experience appearing before Regulatory Commissions, APTEL, and related forums will be preferred
• Interest in the power and energy sector
