Job Description:
Sagar Chandra & Associates is inviting applications from experienced legal professionals for a role involving Contract Management, Intellectual Property (IP) Transactions, Litigation Management, and Regulatory Compliance. The position is ideal for candidates with strong experience in commercial agreements, IP portfolio management, and litigation strategy, with in-house experience being preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Manage end-to-end IP transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and execution
• Handle trademark, copyright, and design litigation matters
• Coordinate with external counsel for filings, hearings, and litigation strategy
• Manage IP portfolios and advise on protection and enforcement strategies
• Provide advice on regulatory compliance, internal policies, and risk mitigation measures
• Support legal and business teams on strategic contractual and intellectual property matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• 7–12 years of post-qualification legal experience
• Strong experience in contract management and litigation matters
• Expertise in intellectual property transactions and disputes
• In-house legal experience preferred
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
