• Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Experience: 3+ Years
• Salary: Up to ₹18 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• Manage Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes
• Conduct contract redlining and risk assessment
• Collaborate with global stakeholders on international contracts
• Ensure contractual compliance and mitigate legal risks
• Support business teams with contract-related legal advice
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Law Degree (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of corporate legal experience
• Hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Strong expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Excellent redlining and contract management skills
• Experience handling international contracts and global stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
