Xander Law Associates is expanding its transactional practice team and inviting applications for the position of Attorney. The firm is looking for hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed professionals who are eager to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate law environment.
The role offers hands-on exposure to high-impact corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital and M&A transactions, due diligences, and transaction documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Prior experience in due diligences and transaction documentation is mandatory
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Candidates who demonstrate ownership, commitment, and willingness to learn will be preferred
