Junior Associate
Qualification: LL.B. (AIBE Qualified)
Experience: Fresher
The ideal candidate should:
- Be knowledgeable of the basic laws
- Be proactive, and hardworking
- Should take initiative, and be quick to grasp concepts/ issues
- Have a degree in law from a reputed institution
- Have strong Communication, Drafting & Analytical Skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing documentation including contracts, plaints, writs, legal Notices correspondences, and other official communications
- Attend hearings and conferences with Counsels
- Undertake legal research and writing including research articles, newsletters, etc.
- Prepare MIS for various matters
- Provide execution and record-keeping support
Key Areas of Work:
- Civil & Criminal Litigation,
- Consumer Litigation
- Corporate-Commercial Litigation, advisory, and Arbitrations .
- Contractual and Start-up Advisory
- Statutory and Regulatory Compliance, Advisory and Litigation
- Special legislations like Insurance Law, Data Protection , Privacy Law, Digital Media Regulations & Co-operative Societies & Cooperative Societies Election Bye-Laws etc.
- Conduct research on Insurance Law and Prepare a detailed report on the Legal restructuring of the Insurance Tele- Caller companies and roles and responsibility of Tele Caller, Insurance agent and Insurance Broker firm.
- Summarize the case studies
- Prepare the Brief Notes of the Cases
- File Management
- Filling of Law Suits
- Coordination with Investigation Authorities
Desired Skills:
Drafting, research, communication, Microsoft office, administrative assistance, etc.
