The role offers exposure to M&A transactions, venture capital deals, FEMA-related matters, and a broad range of corporate advisory work for founders, startups, investors, and growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting transaction and corporate documents
• Participating in negotiations and deal discussions
• Managing allocated transaction workstreams
• Advising and interacting with clients
• Supporting M&A, venture capital, and corporate transactions from inception to completion
• Assisting in regulatory and corporate advisory matters
Eligibility:
• 3–5 Years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Experience in corporate transactions and advisory work
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities and deadlines
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities
