Virtus Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate / Senior Associate at its Delhi office. This opportunity is ideal for advocates seeking exposure to diverse practice areas, including litigation, dispute resolution, corporate advisory, employment law, intellectual property, family law, environmental law, taxation, and regulatory matters.

• Qualification: Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of the respective State
• Mode: Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling civil, commercial, consumer, and criminal litigation matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents
• Advising clients on corporate law, employment law, and regulatory compliance
• Managing matters related to family law, intellectual property, and environmental law
• Conducting legal research and developing litigation and advisory strategies
• Liaising with courts, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies when required
• Providing client advisory and case management support
Eligibility & Requirements:
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, corporate advisory, or contract drafting
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and client management skills
• Ability to work across multiple practice areas and manage diverse matters
