The firm is currently hiring for two positions: Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team and Senior Associate in the General Corporate Team. Position 1: Associate
• Practice Area: Dispute Resolution
• Location: Pune
• Qualification: LL.B./LL.M.
• Experience Required: 1–2 Years PQE
Position 2: Senior Associate
• Practice Area: General Corporate
• Location: Pune
• Qualification: LL.B./LL.M.
• Experience Required: Minimum 6 Years PQE
Key Responsibilities:
For Associate – Dispute Resolution
• Assist in handling litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and legal submissions
• Support court appearances and case management
• Coordinate with clients and counsels on ongoing matters
For Senior Associate – General Corporate
• Advise clients on corporate and commercial law matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Assist in corporate transactions and regulatory compliance
• Manage client relationships and transaction execution
• Lead and supervise junior team members where required

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B./LL.M. degree from a recognized institution
• Relevant PQE as specified for each role

• Team-oriented and detail-focused professionals preferred
