Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle corporate compliance and secretarial matters
• Advise on FEMA/RBI compliances, including FC-GPR, FC-TRS, ODI, and ECB filings
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Conduct legal due diligence exercises
• Provide employment law advisory and HR-related legal support
• Assist in policy formulation and implementation
• Develop and support ethics and compliance frameworks
Eligibility Criteria:
• CS (ICSI) + LLB qualification is mandatory
• Open to freshers (under 1 year of experience) and professionals with 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, MCA compliances, and secretarial practice
• Prior exposure to FEMA/RBI filings, commercial contract drafting, or legal due diligence will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
