This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with experience in commercial transactions within the media and entertainment sector, along with exposure to commercial litigation, intellectual property, and technology-related disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal risk assessments
• Drafting, structuring, and negotiating commercial transactions and agreements
• Handling acquisition, licensing, co-production, talent, and distribution agreements
• Drafting pleadings and legal submissions
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Attending hearings before judicial and quasi-judicial authorities
• Managing commercial litigation matters with a focus on IP and IT disputes
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B., BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., or equivalent qualification
• 4–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Experience in commercial transactions within the media and entertainment industry
• Experience in commercial, intellectual property, or information technology litigation preferred
• Strong research, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and under deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities
