Job Description:
Avyaan Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Non-Litigation (Real Estate) for candidates with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience. The role offers an opportunity to work on real estate advisory, transactions, title due diligence, RERA matters, estate planning, and drafting and reviewing various transactional documents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling real estate advisory and transactional matters
• Working on RERA-related matters
• Conducting title due diligence and title investigations
• Assisting with Joint Venture Agreements (JVA) and Development Management (DM) Agreements
• Handling matters relating to SRA, MHADA, MCGM, and DCPR
• Advising on estate planning matters
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, Wills, Gift Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Agreements for Sale, and other transactional documents
Eligibility & Preference:
• 3–4 years of relevant non-litigation experience
• Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
• Practical understanding of real estate laws and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Familiarity with cloud-based document management and storage platforms
• Meticulous, organised, and proactive approach to legal practice
