Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents
• Assisting in litigation matters
• Attending miscellaneous court appearances before various courts and tribunals
• Supporting case preparation and legal strategy
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocate with 0–1 year of experience
• Newly enrolled advocates are eligible to apply
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Interest in litigation and court practice
• Candidates having their own residence in Delhi will be preferred
