Key Responsibilities:
• Appearing before courts and assisting with filings
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
• Drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal documents
• Coordinating with clients and other stakeholders
• Assisting in dispute resolution and advisory matters
• Supporting litigation strategy and case preparation
Eligibility & Preference:
• Freshers and advocates with up to 3 years of PQE may apply
• Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution practice
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills
• Good command over English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment
