Shivpuri Law Chambers is inviting applications for the position of Associate. This opportunity is ideal for advocates with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) who are looking to build their career in a dynamic litigation and advisory practice with exposure to commercial, civil, tax, insolvency, and intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle commercial and civil litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, legal opinions, notices, and other legal documents
• Appear before courts and tribunals
• Assist in arbitration and dispute resolution proceedings
• Manage legal matters independently under appropriate supervision
• Deliver high-quality legal and advisory services

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. from a recognized university
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation
• Strong drafting, legal research, and advocacy skills
• Confidence in handling appearances before courts and tribunals
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing matters independently
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal work
