Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Assisting in corporate and transactional matters
• Supporting M&A, investment, and financing transactions
• Drafting and reviewing agreements and transaction documents
• Conducting legal due diligence and research
• Assisting in structuring deals, acquisitions, and divestments
Who Should Apply:
• Lawyers with 1–2 years of corporate law experience
