Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare legal advice and legal memoranda
• Represent clients and assist in day-to-day legal matters
• Draft, review, and interpret contracts and legal documents
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations
• Provide practical and innovative legal solutions
• Assist in M&A transactions and legal due diligence exercises
Eligibility Criteria:
• Law degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years of experience at a law firm or legal department
• Hands-on experience in Legal Due Diligence (LDD) and M&A transactions
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Excellent writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Ability to draft legal opinions and other legal documents
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• High ethical standards and professionalism
Preferred Skills:
• Corporate and commercial law knowledge
• Contract drafting and negotiation
• Legal advisory and opinion drafting
• Transactional and due diligence experience
