The role involves work related to civil and commercial matters before the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, district courts, and tribunals including the NGT, CAT, NCLT, and NCLAT.

• Experience Required: 1–2 Years PQE
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling civil and commercial litigation matters
• Assisting in matters before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court
• Appearing and assisting in proceedings before district courts and tribunals
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Preparing writ petitions, SLPs, and related filings
Eligibility & Preference:
• PQE of 1–2 years required
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency is mandatory
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills
• Ability to work on litigation and tribunal matters independently
