This opportunity is ideal for practicing advocates looking to build their litigation practice through hands-on exposure to commercial litigation, labour and service matters, legal aid work, drafting, research, and court appearances.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting petitions, applications, replies, and written submissions
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Preparing notes, compilations, and briefing materials
• Assisting with court filings and procedural work
• Supporting litigation strategy and case preparation
• Handling hearings independently, where required and appropriate
Eligibility & Preference:
• Practicing advocates with at least 1 year PQE
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Excellent writing abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow in litigation practice
• Ability to manage litigation support work independently
