Job Description:
ShriVara Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Associate – Capital Markets & Regulatory Practice at its Noida office. The role offers end-to-end exposure to ECM, DCM, SME and Mainboard IPOs, AIFs, SEBI regulatory advisory, and live capital market transactions.

Details:
• Position: Associate – Capital Markets & Regulatory Practice

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft DRHP legal chapters, including Litigation, Key Regulations, and Government Approvals
• Draft and review transaction documents, agreements, and disclosures for ECM and DCM mandates
• Conduct legal and regulatory research under SEBI Regulations, the Companies Act, and allied securities laws
• Assist in legal due diligence and compliance for IPO and AIF transactions
• Prepare legal notes, opinions, and memoranda on regulatory and transactional matters
• Coordinate with clients, merchant bankers, and regulatory authorities

Eligibility & Preference:
• 0–1 year of experience in Capital Markets
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Preference for candidates with legal trainee or internship experience in Capital Markets
• Qualified Company Secretary and/or Law Graduate
• Strong understanding of SEBI Regulations and Securities Laws
• Excellent legal drafting and research skills
• Ability to take ownership and handle responsibilities independently
