Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal due diligence exercises
• Managing transaction execution and deal closures
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documents
• Advising clients on regulatory and legal issues
• Assisting in financing and corporate transactions
• Providing strategic legal and regulatory advisory services
Eligibility & Requirements:
• 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Relevant experience in Banking & Finance and/or Corporate practice
• Strong analytical, legal research, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• Additional qualification as a Company Secretary (CS) will be an added advantage
