Job Description:
LEX Supreme (Attorneys & Legal Consultants) is inviting applications for the position of Associate Advocate to join its Litigation Team. This opportunity is ideal for law graduates and young litigators seeking hands-on exposure to diverse litigation matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums.
Details:
• Position: Associate Advocate
• Organisation: LEX Supreme (Attorneys & Legal Consultants)
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Litigation Experience (Freshers may also apply)
• Practice Area: Litigation
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting and vetting legal documents, petitions, applications, replies, legal notices, and written submissions
• Conducting legal research and assisting in case preparation
• Assisting and appearing before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and other forums
• Managing client interaction and coordination
• Handling court appearances and case management responsibilities
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience (Freshers can also apply)
• Strong drafting skills
• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with court procedures, filing processes, and litigation practice
• Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities, and meet deadlines
