Saptvidhik Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for the positions of Associate Advocate and Legal Intern at its Jaipur office. The selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to litigation, legal research, drafting, court appearances, client interactions, and case management across various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

• Associate Advocate – 01 Position
• PQE: 0–1 Year
• Legal Intern – 01 Position
• Eligibility: 4th or 5th Year Law Student
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
• Drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal documents
• Assisting in court appearances and hearings
• Participating in client conferences and consultations
• Managing case files and litigation-related documentation
• Appearing before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums under supervision
Forums & Areas of Exposure:
• Rajasthan High Court
• Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
• Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)
• MSME Facilitation Council
• Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT)
• Department of Local Bodies (DLB)
• Other judicial and quasi-judicial forums
Eligibility & Preference:
• Associate Advocate: 0–1 Year PQE
• Legal Intern: 4th or 5th Year Law Student
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Interest in litigation and dispute resolution
• Good communication and professional skills
• Ability to manage assignments and meet deadlines
