Key Responsibilities:
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and other legal documentation
• Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation
• Appear before courts and represent clients
• Assist in litigation strategy and case management
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Advocate duly enrolled with the Bar Council of India
• Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Excellent command over written and spoken English
• Strong legal acumen and court craft
• Experience in court appearances, arguments, and cross-examination
• Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and litigation strategy
