My Legal Partners (MLP) is inviting applications for the position of Associate Advocate (IPR) at its Delhi office. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience who are passionate about Intellectual Property Rights and are looking to build a long-term career with a growing law firm specializing in trademark prosecution and IP advisory.

• Qualification: LL.B. (3-Year or 5-Year Programme) / LL.M.
• Experience Required: 1–2 Years PQE
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct trademark searches and prepare legal opinions
• Manage trademark filings, renewals, and prosecution of trademark applications
• Prepare, maintain, and update client trademark portfolios
• Advise clients on Intellectual Property practices in India
• Draft legal opinions on trademark and IP-related matters
• Prepare Notices of Opposition, Counter-Statements, Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectification Petitions, Notices, and Rejoinders
• Attend show cause hearings before the Trademark Registry
• Handle client queries relating to Intellectual Property Rights

Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. (3-Year or 5-Year Programme) or LL.M. from a recognized institution
• 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Intellectual Property Law
• Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
• Good understanding of trademark law and prosecution procedures
• Excellent communication and client-management abilities
• Candidates should be interested in building a long-term career with the firm
• Applicants must reside within 8–10 km of the MLP office
