The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, under the Registrar of Companies-cum-Official Liquidator attached to the High Court, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, is inviting applications for the position of Legal Trainee. This 4-week full-time pro bono internship offers law students practical exposure to corporate law, corporate governance, and regulatory affairs in a government legal office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with corporate law and corporate governance matters
• Conducting legal research and analysis

Eligibility & Preference:
• Students enrolled in an LL.B. or equivalent law programme
• Valid Bonafide Certificate from the institution is mandatory
• Strong interest in corporate law and governance
• Availability for the full internship duration with 100% attendance
