The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, under the Registrar of Companies-cum-Official Liquidator attached to the High Court, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, is inviting applications for the position of Legal Trainee. This four-week full-time pro bono internship offers law students practical exposure to corporate law and corporate governance through hands-on experience in a government legal office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with corporate law and governance-related matters
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Supporting legal documentation and drafting work
• Assisting officials with day-to-day legal and regulatory assignments
• Gaining practical exposure to the functioning of the Registrar of Companies and Official Liquidator
Eligibility & Preference:
• Students currently enrolled in an LL.B. or equivalent law programme
• Valid Bonafide Certificate from the educational institution is mandatory
• Strong interest in corporate law and governance
• Full-time availability with 100% attendance throughout the internship
