MB Jain & Partners, a boutique law firm specialising in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), is inviting applications for Legal Interns. This is an excellent opportunity for law students looking to gain hands-on exposure to trademark, copyright, and IP litigation matters in a professional law firm environment.

Location:
• Mumbai (Western Region) – On-site (Full-time)
Duration:
• Minimum 3 months (Compulsory)
Practice Area:
• Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Conducting legal research on trademark, copyright, and IP laws
• Assisting in drafting applications, notices, and legal documents
• Supporting litigation and prosecution work in IP matters
• Assisting in case preparation and documentation
• Working closely with the team on ongoing assignments
Eligibility:
• Law students (3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated course)
• Strong interest in IPR laws
• Good research and drafting skills
Important Note:
• Only candidates based in Mumbai (Western Region) will be considered
• Applications from outstation candidates will not be shortlisted
