Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Assisting in day-to-day corporate legal and compliance functions
• Supporting preparation and review of government e-tender documents
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory and tender-related compliances
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor agreements and SLAs
• Assisting in contract management and internal advisory work
Key Highlight:
• High-performing interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) as an Associate, based on performance and contribution
