Internship Description:
CLAonline (Corporate Law Adviser), one of India’s trusted digital legal research platforms with an extensive corporate law database dating back to 1950, is inviting applications for its Legal AI Internship. Interns will work directly with the team developing a cutting-edge Legal AI system, gaining hands-on experience in evaluating, testing, and refining AI tools for corporate legal research.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluating AI-generated legal responses for accuracy and legal reasoning
• Designing challenging legal questions to test the AI’s understanding of corporate law
• Identifying incorrect reasoning, factual inaccuracies, and AI hallucinations
• Performing red-teaming exercises by testing edge cases, contradictory facts, and outdated legal scenarios
• Preparing case summaries and legal explainers to support AI training and reference materials
Eligibility & Preference:
• 4th or 5th year law students
• Strong understanding of Corporate Law
• Keen interest in Legal AI, legal technology, and innovation
• Strong analytical, legal research, and legal writing skills
• Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving ability
