About the Opportunity:
StellarStart Global is inviting applications for IP & Brand Protection Interns under its StellarScout Program.
This is a remote, cross-border internship offering exposure to intellectual property protection, enforcement, and global advisory work.
Roles Available:
• Intellectual Property (IP) Intern
• Brand Protection Intern
Mode of Work:
• Remote (Global)
Duration:
• 6 Months
Stipend:
• Competitive (based on profile & experience)
Role 1: IP Intern – Key Responsibilities
• Conducting trademark searches (availability & conflict checks)
• Preparing trademark reports and summaries
• Maintaining IP databases and records
• Assisting in drafting notices and filings
• Legal research on trademarks and copyrights
Role 2: Brand Protection Intern – Key Responsibilities
• Monitoring online IP infringements
• Research across e-commerce and digital platforms
• Identifying counterfeit and IP violations
• Assisting in takedown notices and complaints
• Supporting enforcement tracking and reporting
Eligibility:
• 5th-year law students or candidates nearing graduation
• Strong understanding of IP fundamentals
Skills Required:
• Legal research and drafting skills
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Familiarity with digital tools / AI tools (preferred)
• Interest in IP enforcement and online brand protection
